BOUNCE BALL / PRIVACY
Privacy
Updated and effective: September 28, 2026
Your game records stay on your device. Here is how information is handled in the app, on this website, and when contacting support.
1. Scope
This policy describes information handling in the current version of Bounce Ball and distinguishes the app from visits to this website.
2. App collection and transmission
Bounce Ball does not require an account. The current version includes no advertising, cross-app tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs. The app does not upload scores, device tilt data, or preferences to developer-operated servers.
3. Information stored on your device
The app uses local system storage for best scores, challenge records, language selection, and music and sound preferences. This information supports gameplay and is not sent to the developer by the app. iOS device backups may include app data; their handling depends on the Apple backup services and settings you choose.
4. Device motion
Some interface elements read device tilt through Core Motion for visual feedback. This data is used on-device for the current effect and is not persisted or uploaded by the app. It is not used for advertising, identification, or profiling. Gameplay does not request access to contacts, photos, microphone, or location.
5. Information you provide to support
If you email the developer, the email address, issue description, and attachments you choose to provide are used to respond and investigate. Do not send passwords, payment details, or unrelated sensitive information. Support correspondence is retained while handling your request and necessary follow-up; you can request deletion through the support email.
6. Sharing
The developer does not sell local app gameplay data or use it for advertising. Support emails you send are transmitted and stored by the email providers involved. Apple handles App Store, device backup, and system diagnostic services under its own policies.
7. This website
This website includes no developer-added advertising, analytics scripts, or tracking cookies. Hosting and network providers may process IP addresses, request times, and browser information to deliver pages and maintain security. This is separate from how the app handles gameplay data.
8. Managing and deleting information
You can adjust language and audio preferences in game settings. Using Delete App, rather than Offload App, removes the app and its local data from your device. Existing system backups are managed through iOS and Apple backup settings. Deleting local data does not delete support emails you previously sent; contact the developer to request their deletion.
9. Children’s privacy
The current version does not ask any player to submit personal information and has no accounts or chat. Avoid sending children’s personal information when contacting support. Contact the developer if support correspondence contains children’s information that should be deleted.
10. Policy updates
This policy will be updated when app functionality or information handling changes. Refer to the update date shown on this page.
Privacy contact
Support contact details are pending. This preview is a draft and needs a valid contact method before App Store submission.
